They answered the phone beautifully. They came the same day to give me an estimate. The gentleman that came was absolutely lovely. Went over all the small jobs that I needed done, gave me material about their company - I truly thought that I had a winner here. He came on a Monday, said I would have his proposal by email on Wednesday. Nothing. I called the first time on Friday, the gentleman that came to my house answered, and asked if he could call me right back. I said sure. I am still waiting for the callback. I then called again the following Wednesday. He was not in the office, so I left a message that if the job is too small, just tell me and I will go elsewhere. He never called back, it is now 2 weeks later.

They came and gave me an estimate. I paid the estimate and they were very prompt about arriving. They did a good job, the roof is still fixed. I would use this company again in the future.

It was pretty good. They followed up with us after the quote and after they did the work. They did the job quickly and they were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and they offered the specific leaf protection system we were looking for.

Upon calling them, they were able to come out the same week. During their visit they stayed over an hour to inspect the roof, explain the issues and options, and wrote up the estimates for fixing the roof vs replacing it. Once we chose our option, we negotiated a few other items for which we were provided a price right away and total. Once the work was scheduled, we had some weather delays. But once they came, the guys on the job worked hard and steadily. They cleaned up their debris, tested the attic fans, and the "foreman" was very helpful.

They had a great presentation. They came on time and followed up well. Their pricing was high, but if it wasn't for that, I would have gone with them.

They were responsive and they listened. The crew was all about work when they got here. They cleaned up after themselves good. I got a quote from them and a few others. They seemed to look more in depth at any problems that might come up so thats why I chose them.

Exceptional company, professional from top to bottom. Only problems we had were with one exterior trim board installed incorrectly and it was promptly fixed, and some vinyl soffit installed in the wrong direction, but we caught it in time to fix quickly. Very good company to work with. Dan Haske, the sales guy was very frank and provided a good estimate. Would recommend them to anyone.

We heard of them through a neighbor. We got three different bids. They had the lowest price, but we did not choose them for that reason. They talked to us to know exactly what we wanted. The installation went very well. They were more than willing to work with me. They bent over backwards to get what we wanted.

I got four estimates for the vinyl siding replacement project and Bartlett's was the most competitive. Our home is half brick, half wood-siding and we decided to have the wood portion replaced with vinyl to avoid the constant re-painting. The president of the company, Joe Gleason, personally came by to review the details of the contract when I had questions. They started the project on schedule and finished within 3-4 days. The siding project manager, John Sood, was experienced and professional. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and attention to detail; the workers were efficient and courteous and very good about cleaning up at the end of each day. Front office and project manger is easy to reach and very responsive to feedback - would definitely recommend them!

This was not an easy job since the roof was a large area hip roof, with other sloping parts, a connected breezeway and a separate 3-car garage. From start to finish Bartlett Exteriors were very professional and helpful. Their representative spent over an hour explaining in detail the items on their estimate and what would be done for the roof replacement. The job took 3 1/2 days to complete, but fortunately the weather was excellent for doing roof work. A team of seven persons worked for the entire time, except for the final 1/2 day. The job was very professionally performed, they took great care to completely clean the work areas around our house every evening before leaving. Would highly recommend them for future similar work. After the fact we found that another family in our local area had used them for siding installation, windows and roof replacement.

Bartlett Exteriors provided excellent service from start to finish. I received the estimate one day after the inspection of the roof. Work began and ended as promised. As the work progressed, I was made aware of any variations from the initial plan. All debris was removed at the end of the project. All of my calls were returned promptly.

This company did a fantastic job installing our new roof. The workers who came out were very nice and worked hard throughout the day. I thought it was nice that the office sent us a thank you card. I feel like they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and we appreciate that.
