Description of Work: This is a much delayed review for a number of jobs over the past 8 years, including jobs both big and small. The big ones include roof replacement, wrapping of fascia board, sun tunnels. The small ones include leakage identification and repair. Jeff is the best contractor in this area I've seen. He is honest, polite and technically superior. I say this not with one or two contacts with him and his crews but about a dozen or so. I've also referred him to a few folks over the years. I have no reservation to recommend Seneca Creek Home Improvement.

Description of Work: I have not had my roof replaced yet, but it will be done this month. I was extremely impressed with Jeff Leach who is the owner of Seneca Creek, as well as with his presentation. There was no high pressure, he just laid out the various options along with the prices. Having gotten several other estimates, I felt the cost was quite good as was the warranty. I can't wait to see the final product - I am confident that it will be just as described.

Description of Work: Replaced flashing and repaired roof around a chimney. |The estimator explained the work needed completely and simply. The work was performed on schedule without delay. The crew performed a few extra maintenance items on my roof at no charge to help prevent some future problems. I am completely satisfied with the work performed.

Description of Work: Never did get back to me for a real estimate. Update: Due to travel and commitments out of state, I Did not receive the estimate in time to include Seneca Creek in my final decision. Another factor was the untimely death of my computer which prevented my mail account from updating. Seneca Creek Home Improvement Appears to be average for contractors in this field.

+ 0 moreSeneca Creek replaced a leaky roof less than a week after my request. Thanks to the swift response, the contractor renovating the room stayed on schedule. The work was finished in a day, and owner Jeff Leach was pleasant and professional. It's the second time I've used Seneca Creek. Last year the company replaced the roof on the main part of the house. The price was competitive and I'm confident the roofs will last a long time.
Description of Work: Seneca Creek replaced the roof on an office/storage room undergoing complete renovation.

Our work was completed timely, and we were completely satisfied w/the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Seneca Creek, and hope that residents in the area will support our local businesses by employing them (over the large or national companies).

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with how professionally the work was done . The only small gripe I have has to do with cleanup. Pieces of removed shingles and shingle bundle packaging material were left behind on my property. However, I will not hesitate to go back to Jeff to have the entire roof replaced next year.

+ -1 moreJeff was very responsive and accessible via email and his cell phone. He gave us an estimate on a Thursday and started work the following Monday. The job took just under 3 hours and was performed by three workers. The paint match on the fascia looks great. Even though we haven't had a real good rain storm to test the gutter, it appears to be installed well. From start to finish, Jeff was very professional, friendly, and attentive. He explained the pros and cons of various options and even looked at parts of my house unrelated to the gutter. It's rare to find a contractor that is punctual, responsive, and honest. From my experience, Seneca Creek is all three.
