Three owners in my town home row had their roofs replaced by Seneca Creek at the same time. Two crews arrived on the date promised and all three roofs were installed over the course of a day and a half. The crew foreman was very helpful in answering my questions as the job progressed. And the new roof looks great! Gives me piece of mind going forward. Most impressive was the clean up afterward. I really should have taken pictures of the before and after scene! The excellent cleanup was especially appreciated given that this is a town house community.

Jeff and his team from Seneca Creek are OUTSTANDING! Jeff is the real-deal. He's the company owner and personally oversees each project - not just a salesman with a clipboard. He is extremely responsive before, during and after each project. His team was professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job installing our roof. And the following year, we had them replace several exterior doors. Once again, their prices were more reasonable than the competition, and their product/work was spot on. I have recommended Seneca Creek to family, friends and clients. Will definitely call again.

Excellent! Jeff was very honest at telling us what options he thought we needed and what options he felt we could do without. Other roofers tried to sell us some options that Jeff explained we really didn't need. His people showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves very well. Their prices beat all other estimates for superb products and warranties-- and we've found them to all be very up front and sincere. In 2010 we had new windows, doors and a roof installed in our home by Seneca Creek Home Improvement. At that time we had three estimates done but our time with Jeff from Seneca Creek stood out above the others. We ultimately chose them to do the work and couldn't have been happier with the results. When we sold that home and purchased another home in 2014 it was apparent that the same work would eventually have to be done with our new home. There was no question who we would hire to do the work. We just had it completed last week and once again we are extremely happy with the results. Everything was completed as expected with only minor issues which were immediately addressed and fixed. No hassles and we couldn't be more pleased!

Very well except, the damage to the wall in my newly remodeled bathroom. They placed the pallet of shingles low on the roof with a 2 foot overhang. It caused the wall in that location to move outward, cracking the tile grout. I was compensated for the damage but the owner didn't admit that this was the actual cause. To help with ice dams, I had Smartvents installed on all the roof edges. But make sure the insulation in any overhangs is removed. In my case the two foot overhang on one side of the house had insulation that blocked the airflow. It needed to be removed. I had a problems removing the gutter screens. I thought they had nailed them down but actually the first course of shingles has an adhesive that made the screens stick in place. The owner demonstrated this by removing the screens for me. Very nice man.

It took us 6 months, talked to more than 6-7 companies to decide to work Jeff and his team. 1. Door to door roofing company: They were the worst. We are first time home owners, very naively invited two door to door sales men from Po*** and HC*. just like other reviews they are pushy, tricky and price was insanely unreasonable. I suspect half of the price went to the sales team. 2. Three other smaller local companies in Columbia area who also have got good reviews on Angie's List and have been around for more than 10 years. I called Ecn**** Roofing every single week just to get an appointment and still didn't hear back from them. One forgot to show up for estimate. Col*** Roofing was very good,but Seneca Creek was better. The owner Jeff is not a sales man type of person. He is patient, professional and kind. He showed up on time, during the first meeting,instead of hard sale he was a good listener and patiently went through all the questions on my list.(Believe me it was a long list...) at the end we were quoted the most reasonable price. Another thing was good communication. The young lady in the office was helpful and friendly. Jeff replied to my emails very promptly even after work hours and during weekends.( I think he should work less hard) There is not a time that he kept me wondering what is going on, instead we were informed every step, from choosing roofing model, color to adding gutter. His crew showed up on time this morning like we were promised, did a good job replacing the roof ( I think that part still needs to be tested over time).cleaned up our yard nicely after the job is done. the whole process doing business with Jeff and his team was smooth, quick and pleasant.Now we are happily sitting under our new roof ,and we are looking forward to working with the company again to replace our windows before winter comes. I had a long day at work and couldn't wait to go to bed, but I believe a honest,kind,hard working company deserves a good review and let more people know about their service !

Jeff's team did a great job. Guys were on time, quick efficient and clean up was good. Price was quoted was good. Less than expected. Quality of the product seems outstanding. The ridge venting has cooled my second floor of my town house significantly. No pressure sales tactics. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need. I would use Seneca Creek in a heart beat for any of their other services.

I was very pleased with the work that Jeff, Tim and his team provided for us.  Our roof works and looks great, as does all of the trim, gutters and downspouts.  I would hire them again.

They  came when scheduled, worked with care, and finished when they said they would. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. We knew we needed repair as well. They cleaned up with such care - even combing the entire lawn with magnets to pick up any nails or screws that may have fallen. I definitely recommend  this company.

This was our first time using this company. Seneca Creek was one of a handful of companies I had come out to give me estimates. Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave a reasonable estimate for job, and ended up coming down a little bit on the final price, as I was a bit hesitant to spend the extra 2+ grand to install a synthetic roof over natural cedar shake.  With a fifty-year warranty, and no need for the same sealing/refurbishing (2 to 3 grand each time) that normal cedar requires every few years, we decided to go ahead with the synthetic. We also had them install gutter guards, at an additional cost. Total cost was close to lowest bid, and materials used were of better quality than those suggested on lower bid from competitor.
During scheduling and ordering of materials, I placed a reasonable down-payment. Jeff allowed for a flexible schedule, since I had tenants in the process of move-out. Materials arrived within two weeks, and Seneca Creek knocked out the install in just one day. During the install day, Jeff sent photos of the few pieces of plywood that needed to be replaced, to which I gave thumbs up for the replacement. 
This was probably the best final result of all the jobs I've hired through Angie's List. In my opinion, the new roof looked better than every other property on the block, and after careful inspection I could not find a single roofing nail, nor any other debris left after the job (big concern, since I still had holdover tenants in the property). 
So happy with Seneca Creek's work, we have just signed a contract to have new asphalt shingle roof installed on a different property. Will rate that one as soon as it's accomplished.

The service provided by Seneca Creek from start to finish was great.  Although the roof was just installed, in record time with virtually no mess left behind, I'm confident I won't be having any issues...and if I do, the warranty provided was the best I received a bid on, so I'm certain it will be dealt with in a timely fashion.
I had received a number of bids previous to Seneca Creek's, and I actually saw the company listed as a master certified installer on the GAF website when I was looking up the other company I (thought) I had decided on.  I just called SC on a whim, and I am so glad I waited.  Tim Bissell, project manager, came out for the estimate and didn't try to hard sell me on anything.  Their bid was competitive, and actually lower than I thought it would be based on how professional the company is and all of their great reviews, but what sold me was the fact that they don't use subcontractors and that Tim respected my time and knowledge I had garnered from all of my reading about roofs and talking to other roofing pros, and was professional and honest without being condescending.   He responded to all of my e-mails promptly and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.   When he offered different options for venting and suggested the one he "would go with, if this was his house," I believed him.  And when I went to research the options later, all of the information I found exactly coincided with what Tim had said.   The installation happened earlier and much faster than expected, and from what I can see from the ground, the roof looks great.  I am happy the ridge vent spans the entire length of my house, unlike some of my neighbors who just have a piece in the middle, so it's clear the workers did a good job without cutting corners.  I also had a last-minute request to remove the old gutter helmets so that I'd be certain the roof would have a nice edge when my new gutters would be installed, and within minutes of communicating this to Tim via text, the helmets were flying off the roof.
I'm a discerning customer and did a lot of research before inviting companies to my home for estimates; I was looking for a competitive price with superior quality which is exactly what I received with Seneca Creek.   You always hear horror stories of contractors taking advantage of customers, but I feel Seneca Creek is an honest and professional company, and I will call them again for other work I need one in the future.   I have already recommended Seneca Creek to my colleagues in need of a new roof, and a few of my neighbors actually stopped by to ask for their business card because the new roof looks so good.

Seneca Creek Home Improvement is a very professional company from Tim, the salesperson, to the crew that did the install and clean-up.  The job turned out better than I expected- I have a beautiful roof and working gutters now.  The damage exposed when they removed the shingles was extensive- they went to work replacing the rotted wood without missing a beat.  I heartily recommend them and will definitely consider using Seneca Creek on future projects.
