Mr. Powell was punctual and professional, and very easy to talk to. I inherited an amazing Steinway that is currently being used for a budding musician's practice piano - Mr. Powell completed a thorough tuning, giving suggestions for what could be done to get the piano into concert ready condition, but not pushing us to do any work that wasn't necessary for our current level of use. He also spent time repairing the music desk, which was in need of some TLC. He was a pleasure to work with in every way.

It went beautifully. Sam has tuned my Steinway grand piano for many years and I've always been satisfied and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Not only did Sam Powell do all of the above in a very short period of time--a little over one day--but he attended the concert--free of charge--to be available if anything went wrong and to ensure the success of the concert.
The concert was magnificent!
Sam Powell is obviously an expert in his field and dedicated to his work. He takes pride in what he does, In my opinion, Sam Powell is incomparable in his field.
