The technician arrived promptly and was courteous throughout the service. However, I am uncertain whether the ducts were thoroughly cleaned as I didn't receive any pictures of the cleaning process. The major issue was that the house was left in an unclean state after the service. The technicians discarded trash in the toilet. I am dissatisfied with the quality of service provided.
