Description of Work: Repaired blown fuse and damaged wire that had caused our heat to go out during a cold snap. Very responsive - came out within 24 hours to inspect and repair, and the weekend technician who took our call on a Sunday was helpful and suggested a few things we could check on ourselves until he could get a technician out to us (our problem was the outdoor compressor, but some situations do only warrant getting someone with some expertise on the phone, so I was glad he offered some solutions for us to try in the meantime). Excellent professionalism, reasonable repair rates, great communication from both office staff and on-site technician.

Description of Work: I contracted with Rod Miller to service my home's original HVAC system (from 1989) on a bi-annual basis (ongoing maintenance). They did a GREAT job at that - was very happy with their services. Therefore, when my system finally went kaput in Sept 2013, they were one of 3 companies that I asked to provide an estimate. Although they were not the cheapest estimate for a new system (both furnace AND a/c), it was because of the fact that I had an existing relationship with them that I chose to use them. They did a great job with the new install - accomplished it one day and performed the job exactly as contracted. No surprises, no issues. They were professional, courteous, and timely. Very happy with overall process and work, and I'll continue to use them for maintenance on new system.
