i had 2 interaction with this contractor; both for paint work. In the first one, about 1.5 yrs ago when he was jus starting up and was desparate for work, his work was ok. Last week though when i tried to re-engage with him, it was a different story. He gave a quote looking at the pictures of the work. Never showed any concern that he is incapable of doing a drywall work along with the paint. And later on after several follow up, finally showed up for work, took a sample of the paint, and went out to get the paint and vanished like a ghost. No answer to call, email or text, as if he was hiding something. It led me to conclude that either he couldnt' do the work (incompetency) or he got some bigger work (ie he not trust worthy) or probably something malicious as he left quickly & suspiciously, which i am still. figuring out and post if once i have more proof. now that i have started posting his real reviews, he making all sorts of counter attacks and excuses. But feel free to hire ihm at your own risk. Mine was a bad experience.

He never answered any phone call, gladly accepted work by seeing the pictures over texts, gave me quote of $430, which i negotiated to $400, which again he immediately accepted (have proof if anyone wants). Never mentioned that he wanted to see the work. came to see the work, took some sample saying he will come back and then vanished like a ghosts. Stopped answering phone call, text or email. very suspicious behavior. Either he got some big work which he prioritized over mine (meaning he doesn't' care for his commitment) or he couldn't' do the work (meaning he is incompetent) or he has some malicious intent. Now that his business is impacted by my reviews, he makes all sorts of stories in his defence. Of course its your choice to hire him or not but wanted to make sure i shared my true feedback.

Carlos and team did such a fantastic job, my wife and I are ecstatic about how our basement looks now. He was very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up every night when he was done for the day. I would rehire in a heartbeat. Keep up the excellent work sir

I love the new paint in my house. They did an amazing job. Carlos is very sincere and has answered all my questions . Always gave me good suggestions which made me feel more confident about his work. He went above and beyond to make sure the jobs were done accurately and to make his clients happy.

We had a bathroom leak and Carlos provided us an outstanding diagnostics and repair for a reasonable price. He was professional and flexible.

They were very professional before, during, and after the whole process. Setting such a decent price for such quality work amazes me to this day. While remodeling my bathroom they made such a good job making sure everything was clean after they were finished for the day, I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing while work was going on. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs work done in their home.
