 + -1 moreDave was very thorough and helpful for our home inspection. He pointed out things that we should and should not worry about, as well as things that were not problems now but that we should think of doing in the next 3-5 years. His report was delivered quickly and was very detailed and easy to understand. We would absolutely use him again!

 + -1 moreDave took several hours to walk us through the property, reviewing all the work that he'd do, as well as the rough order he thinks things need to be done in. Where possible, he gave rough guesstimates on pricing. His work was excellent, and we were very happy with the results. Definitely a situation where you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: We're buying a fixer-upper house. We hired Dave to do the house inspection.
