My husband and I were interested in selling our home quickly, and Craig came to us with the ideas and resources that we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. We had moved out of the house before putting it on the market, and Craig was incredibly helpful helping us prepare the house for sale, monitoring cleaning and repair crews in our absence. He also recommended using a staging company to give our home a really professional look. Craig was thoughtful of our family's needs throughout the process. We appreciated his level of communication and overall professionalism. We were happy with the outcome, and Craig's efforts were a big part of that.

We couldn't ask for a better realtor in Craig Rosenfeld. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. He is always available to answer a call or email--from 6am to 10pm, he'll be there for your questions and needs. 

Our first experience with Craig was when we were looking for our first home in 2012. He found numerous properties for us to tour and willingly helped figure out what was best based on his years of experience. When we decided to wait an extra month to look, Craig said, "No problem." When we were ready to search again, Craig dedicated himself to our home search. As first-time home-buyers, Craig helped us understand the in's and out's of each step of the process, simplifying where necessary and translating legal documents into everyday language when we seemed lost. Craig also provided helpful recommendations for other services involved in the home buying process. All in all, Craig was a great realtor to have as first-time home buyers.

Fast-forward four years and we called Craig for advice on selling our home. He met with us and explained how to best price the home and how to prepare it for photographs and showings. Once we were ready to list the house, Craig worked tirelessly to present our home in the best way possible. Within one week, we had three offers. In the end, we sold the house for list price. Thanks to Craig, the process of selling our home could not have been easier. Our circumstances took us away from the area prior to settlement, but we had no worries with Craig to help us. He remained available to answer phone calls and troubleshoot any issues while we began our lives out-of-state. He visited our home several times to do last-minute touches so that the buyers could walk into their perfect new home. He attended settlement and called us immediately, congratulating us on the good news.

In the end, Craig's strengths are his knowledge, work ethic, honesty, and humor. He never sugarcoated anything, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Craig's humor was what truly helped us through the stressful moments of both transactions. We count Craig as not only a great realtor but a friend now, too.

Craig was by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were relocating from Philadelphia to Montgomery County and could only tour homes one or two days a week. He was more than accommodating. I'm pretty confident I would have driven anyone else crazy, but Craig was so patient and helped us find what we were looking for within our budget. Craig is a professional who provides great service, is most responsive (usually responding in minutes), is always punctual and if a complete professional.  I have worked with him to sell 2 houses and buy 1 house.  I have been so happy with him that I have referred family and friends to him to get help with their real estate needs.

Craig is very professional and worked with us very closely with both the house we were selling and the house we were buying.
