Her detailed knowledge of the housing market in Montgomery County and her patient and personable nature made her a fantastic choice for us as our tireless advocate and partner in the often intimidating process of searching for, and ultimately finding, our wonderful home. Jennifer expertly translated our search criteria into viable options among the fairly low inventory in the area, clearly explained everything involved in the process(market valuation, property tax assessment, contract terms, and beyond), and flawlessly handled all elements of the contract, inspection, and settlement process. We could not have been more comfortable with the entire process, thanks to her unparalleled professional abilities and superb customer service skills. We are so pleased that we found Jennifer O'Brien to be our real estate agent.

The $11K figure above for "how much did you spend" refers to the agent commission paid upon the sale, which, per the terms of the contract, was officially paid by the seller of the property.
