Excavation, Concrete Repair
Very badly in a word. Ray excavated for our addition and poured concrete foundations and a carport slab. He was messy and destructive and his work was only average. He cut an underground utility line and did a cheap repair which we had to redo at our expense. We had to spend $4,000 with a followup contractor in order to make the carport slab pass inspection. He did not pay his concrete supplier who in turn looked to us for reimbursement of $6,000. Finally, months later, he paid. Find another concrete contractor.
