Prospect Hardwood Flooring specializes in refinishing and installing hardwood flooring and stairs, as well as "LVP", Luxury Vinyl Plank. Our services include the installation of solid and engineered wood flooring, hardwood floor refinishing, custom stain colors, custom fabrication of stair treads, risers, nosing and reducers. I hired this company refinish my living area hardwood floors and stain to match my existing kitchen but that did not happen. Their partner Steve was supposed to change the balusters, well he left it uncompleted. After several attempts of reaching out for them to complete the job they were paid to do...they stopped communicating after they collected thier money VERY untrustworthy and unprofessional

Joe and team did an unbelievable job restoring our hardwood floors. It was not an easy job as our floors were originals from the 50’s. They made them look brand new! I have included a before phot for one the rooms to show you want they looked like. I would highly reccomend Prospect Hardwood. They really cared about doing the job correctly and we are very satisfied

It was excellent. The technicians that installed the flooring were very respectful, very clean, very prompt, and they left at a reasonable time. They started their time and ending their day at a reasonable time. The cost and the estimate were right on point. The customer service and the communication were good.

Very well overall with minor details that were not taken care of. The crew changed after 3/4 of the job was done. Crew left glue and glue residue on floor and furniture! However, customer service was spectacular and they even brought a floor cleaner after the job was done!
