Great! I have had Nelson come and look at our heating system on two occasions. In both cases, he identified the issue and plainly explained what needed to be done. He was prompt, courteous, and was more than willing to entertain my dumb questions. Our heating issues were mostly self-inflicted, and Nelson was able to explain what occurred, how it can be resolved, and how we can avoid similar issues in the future. In the case of the first visit, he obtained the part required and installed it quickly the next day - greatly appreciated given how it was just starting to get cold. In the case of the second visit, he identified the issue and explained how to avoid it occurring again (we had our Nest settings messed up). Having issues with our home's heating is extremely stressful, but Nelson is friendly and approachable, making it much easier. My wife and I will use his services for as long as we live in the area.
