Good morning [Member Name Removed] I do appreciate you taking the time to write this review and more important to have taken the time to express your supposedly unpleasant experience you had with our company. I have carefully looked at our clients and service records and I’m unable to find any records of our company providing an estimate or a service order to a client with your name or to the address specified on this review. The following information was found to be inaccurate. 1) No clients or service records were found on our database for the client or address specified on this review. Further information needed to proprietary validate your review. * If possible please provide me with the name of the person to whom the estimate associated with this review was generated? An estimate number will work too! I’m all in when it comes to getting clients stories straight out specially with something as delicate as this and if your supposed experience was so unpleasant as you have mentioned and you feel we have unlawfully charge you extra fees for work you didn’t approved or feel it wasn’t necessary in the first place, I will be more than happy to work out a proper solution to the matter.
