Craig Chucker of Premier Security Systems is amazing. He was recommended by a family member who are long-time customers of his and we have been using him for many years now. He delivers personal and prompt service and no task is too small for him. He is always very helpful, be it advice and guidance over the phone if we run into a problem with the system, or if a home visit is necessary. He is the 'secure' in security. We can highly recommend.

We have not had any problems with this company. If a battery runs low or need a sensor checked, I call and they come out and fix the problem. They monitor the system and call if things show that they are not right. They call the police if it is warranted to do so. I am very happy with their service.
