Since I'm writing this review over a year later, I'll try to be general about the details. The move went fine until I realized that the price I was quoted didn't include over $100 worth of packing material. I didn't realize I was being charged for this until (of course) after the drivers had the truck loaded and had driven to my new house. This seems to be a common trick, as there is not much you can do once your stuff has been moved. And while I understand that packing material wasn't included in the hourly rate, the movers had already been quite liberal in their use of it. There were things I clearly had the original boxes and styrofoam molds for that went unused, as the movers proceeded to "bubble-wrap" things and awkwardly stuff them in random boxes. The total time I was quoted was for 4 hours - and while the drive usually takes about 25 minutes, they charged me 1 hour for transit, and a total of about 6 hours. So the original estimate of $345.00 was pretty far off, I was actually charged $589. Lucky me, if I remember correctly their dispatcher had agreed over a long phone discussion to discount the packing material by about $30. They also broke a light downstairs in the old rented home, which I ended up paying for rather than go through what seemed like a lengthy dispute process. I wouldn't recommend this outfit. Moving day for anyone is stressful enough, I'd look elsewhere.

I was told that they would arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. but when I called back the day prior to the actual move I was told they would arrive around 2 or 3 p.m. No one had called to inform me of the change in the schedule. After much discussion I was informed that they may be able to make it by 12 or 1 p.m. The movers showed up slightly after 12 p.m. It rained all day but the movers worked diligently and did not complain. They used my packing supplies and ensured everything was appropriately covered. Upon arrival to the new place the driver stayed a considerable amount of time in the van talking to his home office; time I was being billed for; eventually I knocked on his door for him to come out since the others could not start unloading until he came out. The move took about four hours which was longer than the three estimated hours.
