One of our rescue dogs died of old age and she'd had diabetes. So she had been getting very incontinent, now that she passed away I decided to clean the carpets and the upholstery. I would give them an "A" on all the categories and I'd use them again.

Extremely disappointing. The rugs to be cleaned do not look much different than before we had them clean them. They made the stain in the oriental rug worse although they insisted after I repeatedly asked them their cleaning would make it better if not remove the stain. I would never recommend their services. Perhaps we had a D team instead of a A team but the work was shoddy for the high price we paid. I would have expected better.

I purchased this item through an Angie's list special. After I purchased it, I contacted the franchise, who seemed mystified that there were any deals through Angie's list, and would not honor the one I purchased. I did not receive my money back, and had to re-purchase the service!
The first attempt did not work, and the smell of pet stain actually intensified. After a few phone calls, we were able to get the provider back several weeks later. The second treatment worked.

My carpet was a disaster. I had a special needs cat that "dribbled" urine on any surface. As she got older, she became incontinent and had a hard time getting to the litter box. My carpet was basically urine soaked.
Omega Chem-Dry came in and applied PURT, sanitizer and deodorizer to my carpet. Even though I still will need to have the carpet replaced (some of the heavier "soaked" areas still have a small odor if you put your nose down close to the carpet) my place no longer has that pungent smell nor does it have that oily feel.
If I could give these guys a quadruple "A" I would. There were very professional and did an amazing job on my carpet! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician arrived early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me that we had WAY more dog urine stains on our rug than I ever realized. He cleaned the rug thoroughly, treated for pet urine smell, and applied a sanitizer to help with the odor. He also cleaned the chairs. Not all the stains came out, but I think that was our fault, not his. We should have had those chairs cleaned years ago. 3 kids X 8 years = 24 kid-years of dirty fingers and crayon smudges. It did seem expensive to me, but I've never had rugs or chairs cleaned professionally, so I don't have much to compare too. Also, our rug was wool, so a little more expensive to clean. I gave a 'B' for punctuality because this was actually a rescheduled visit. They were originally scheduled to come on a Monday between 2-4. They called at 3 to say they were running late, then called again at 5 to say they were still running late and could not give me an ETA. I had other commitments, so they rescheduled for later in the week.

They did a pretty good job. It looked good immediately, but some old stains later resurfaced. I'm not sure if I tracked it in or if it was wicked up from the base.

"if it happened within a week, it was probably wicked up from base as you said. If it happened later on it was probably tracked by regular traffic. That's why at Omega Chem-Dry we offer a full week warranty for any reappearing stains. So it would have been nice to hear from you. For next time if it happens again please call us right away and we'll take care of you. This doesn't happen very often I can tell you. The other possibily is that the spot didn't come out 100% to begin with but after is cleaned is almost invisible. Anyway, these are things that are normally covered during the post-job inspection with the technician. We would love to have you back as a customer so please let us know and we can give you the coupon price. Thank you"
