tv repair
 + -1 moreIt's been weeks since we heard anything from them. We have been told that a needed part is "on order" and that we should just wait for them to call us. The business seems disorganized. It could well be that the part is in fact unavailable, but then we need an alternative - or at least some sense for whether they can get it!! At present we are trying to get our TV back.
Description of Work: Repair an LCD flat-screen television. The TV screen was going black, but the sound signal was working.
