CONTRACTOR WAS HARD WORKING, THOROUGH, WORKED INDEPENDENTLY WHILE FAMILY WAS OUT OF TOWN. CONTRACTOR CALLED REGULARLY TO UPDATE ON HIS PROGRESS. RESPONDED QUICKLY TO REQUESTS FOR CHANGES.
