New Concept Home Improvement

We hired New Concept Home Improvement multiple times. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. On several occasions quickly responded to emergency situations. Never try to impose un-necessary extra work but provide clear suggestions on what needs to be done. For example, while installing patio doors they found that some wooden parts around were damaged by termites. They replaced wooden frames, dry wall and floors, painted the whole room in a short time frame. We made several recommendations of New Concept Home Improvement to our friends.

I have multiple and very positive experience(s) with New Concept Homes. We were on a limited budget and bought our house “as is”. Obviously, there was a lot to replace and/or fix: two bathrooms, kitchen, all floors (!). In a few years a disaster stroke: raccoons got in the attic and set up their “motel” with a “bathroom”. We had to get a ceiling replaced. All this and a number of smaller things were done by people from New Concept Homes. We were very happy to deal with them. They are really experienced and made many suggestions on interior design. They are nice, they would go with you to stores to help select materials and appliances. They are always on time and very professional. I strongly recommend New Concept Homes to my friends and anyone interested for renovation projects.

We hired New Concept Home Improvement to renovate a bathroom in our 70+ year old house. The contractor, Tigran Mnatsakanyan, met with us to discuss in detail the requirements for the project. The contractor removed all old bathroom fixtures, including the original cast iron bathtub and the original concrete-on-metal lathe walls. They reframed where necessary to accommodate the new drywall, ran new plumbing, installed new bath fixtures, and hung bypass doors for a closet. The work teams arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The workers with the correct expertise (electric, plumbing) were on site when needed for a particular task. The workers were professional, friendly, and expert in their tasks. Given the age of our house, some creative carpentry was required. They discussed options to solve problems with us and implemented the solutions quickly to our great satisfaction. We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional results. We highly recommend New Concept Home Improvement for renovation work.

The job was done within budget, within schedule ( or even sooner ), with high quality of craftsmanship and high quality of products. New Concept provided architecture design, building permit application and all intermittent inspection and final inspection. It was amazing that all inspections were passed with one time visit from county officials.
