He came in and inspected the unit. He found that a sensor within the evaporator unit had gone bad. The continuous running turned out to be a safety feature of the unit. He replaced the sensor and it works great.

He discover the problem, fixed it by making proper adjustments, and replaced the refrigerant. Because of this I saved money from having to purchase a new unit. I was very happy with the price.
