Ivan and his crew completed two projects for us, and they were nothing but professionals. Ivan took meticulous notes on what we wanted such as painting, changing light fixtures, and replacing flooring. During the process, Ivan and his crew found some other problems that we had not discussed, and they addressed those issues within the timeframes they had initially quoted. Rates on both projects were extremely reasonable, and Ivan was authentic and dependable. I would highly recommend hiring Ivan and his company for any home project you may have. Ivan and his team were able to identify a bigger problem with mold that no one else was able to find. We had to completely tear apart and redo my master bath in preparation for sale. When something didnâ  t work out right, he was not shy about starting it completely over to get the right quality of outcome.
