Exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience with a contractor on this level. Very pleased with work and professionalism of Mr. Fleitas.  He answered all my questions, introduced me to his project lead and was able to complete the job is a fast and thorough fashion.   They did a great job cleaing up the debris, showed up as promised and worked diligently while on site.  Mr. Fleitas (Rod) personally ensured all work was up to his satisfaction.  I don't have anything but positive comments for this contractor.  Will definitely use again!!

Very well. Rod was very friendly and easy to work with as issues came up and was always up to the challenge of making sure what we wanted happened.  Our basement looks great and Rod was a very large part of that.

Initially, it was an hourly charge, but despite that, I felt fully relaxed about Rodrigo and his workers not charging us extra hours. They charged us exactly what was necessary and not a penny more. His advise was always straight forward, honest and to the point, which is what we needed. He even advised against more expensive purchases when he saw no need for it, but did not lie once about the quality of something vs another. The job was done in good amount of time. Since then we have used Rodrigo for some other small jobs around the house and again he continues to be helpful, and efficient in completing the work!
Recently we had an issue with our toilet, and we had him come over and he advised against replacing just the flap of the toilet as it was old and promised me replacing the whole toilet would take just as long as replacing our aged broken flap, and he was right and dead on! Now we have a new toilet, and it was done in an hour's time. 
Since our porch renovation, the steps leading to the backyard have recently failed (one of them is broken), and Rodrigo and his company have promised to fix them, at his cost! It is hard to find anyone with such integrity and honesty anymore. It's honestly a rare trait. 
We are currently commissioning him and his team to redo our stone walkway to our house, possibly the steps leading to our parking circle, and replacing the rail. I personally don't like hourly projects but would rather have a lump sum project, and he has shown a willingness to work with us on this, getting the material he needs himself, vs. having us do it. And since he treats the work he does for us, the same he would treat the work he does for his own home, I think he will always have our business.

I made sure this contractor was insured and bonded and had a Home Improvement License. He had formerly updated my kitchen cabinets and flooring while working as a subcontractor for another contractor. I was so impressed with his skilled work and professional approach that I promised myself to hire him for other projects in my home. A few years passed when I decided to contact Rodrigo for the renovation of my bathrooms and laundry area. He evaluated the job, discussed my ideas with me and we proceeded. Since cost was an issue, I decided to do the projects in stages over a years time. With all of the projects, Rodrigo sought my input and made suggestions that would further improve the design and often saved me money. He helped me shop for tile, made recommendations regarding quality and practical use. The tile work in both bathrooms laundry and foyer is perfect. The suspended ceiling was tricky, but Rodrigo executed it's construction carefully, and the result was beautiful. We had a serious problem with the downstairs bathroom shower. The drain pipe was cracked all the way down and had to be replaced. Apparently, water had been leaking into the ground for a long time. He dug way down to the main and replaced the the pipe. Through all of this, Rodrigo's relaxed and patient demeanor made working with him a pleasure. Although, I was nervous and anxious starting these large projects, Rodrigo put me at ease, and I actually looked forward to each new project. The subcontractors he brought in from time to time were excellent. I have future project in mind and won't hesitate to call Rodrigo. I've decided to make him my contractor for life.

Truly the best contractor that we have worked.  His company preformed all the work with exceptionally well.  They were incredibly flexible to our schedules.  There work is meticulous and thorough in their work.  They have made our kitchen look exceptional.  With all their renovations, they made our new kitchen fit with the traditional period of our row house.  Throughout the renovations, they provided exceptional advice and offered numerous helpful suggestions for making our kitchen wonderful.  We would definitely recommend them for any job that you may, and we intend use them to install our deck and many other projects to fix up our house.
