Went to the Shell station to get a state inspection on November 27, 2013. The shell service station misrepresented what services the car would need to pass inspection and furthermore damaged a lug nut on a wheel, it was stripped and was not placed properly back onto the car. They then attempted to bill the OWNER to fix damages that they themselves had caused. After confronting the manager of the Shell station. He requested that we not file a police report and that we settle this on "friendly terms". It was agreed to so long as he paid for the damages and reimbursed for the false services that they provided. He has failed to contact anyone or make good on any promises. Will not make this mistake again.
Description of Work: Tried to do a state inspection, but damaged the vehicle and tried to charge us for it. These guys are out to make a buck off of anyone who comes in the door. I would find any other service station and go there.
