Framing Service
Michael's provides a decent level of service for customer framing. I would only use them with one of their ever-present, half-price coupons. Work was completed on time and quality was acceptable. I was disappointed, that they they were unable, despite all the displays indicating the ''extras'' that they provide with their framing service, that they were unable/unwilling to cut an extra notch in the mat, for the print title. I would expect a custom framing service to be able to provide, at least that skill in their work.

Framing Service
OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FAIR. THE QUALITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS GOOD, BUT THE SERVICE IS LACKING. THEY WERE HAVING A SPECIAL SALE ON FRAMING AND DID NOT SEEM TO BE PREPARED. THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED SO THE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND THEY SEEMED TO BE QUITE UNORGANIZED. IT TOOK LONGER TO COMPLETE THE WORK THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PREDICTED.
