Mike is great to deal with - very friendly and knowledgeable. The gutters look great! I did need to ask him to come out and adjust the pitch slightly as there was standing water in one. He did come out, but is quite busy so this took awhile.

This is one of the best experiences I have every had with a contractor. It took them a while to get to me, but when they finally came, they were done in two days. Despite the fact that it was one of the hottest weeks in the summer, they were the most cheerful workers I have ever used. They were on time, they worked hard and got the job done.

Mike and his crew have maintained my slate roof and gutters for about 7 years.
While cleaning the gutters, he takes the opportunity to inspect my roof, and informs me of any repairs that are needed.
I have found him to be honest, fair and conscientious. He has always been timely with responding to my calls or emails.
When we had a storm several years ago that took down so many people's
gutters, mine remained in place - I know it was because he had done such
a good job of installing and securing them the year before.
I highly recommend him.
He insures his employees and all papers are and quot;in orderand quot;.

He sent a crew of 12 workers out to do the roof. They completed the work in just 2 days. They did an excellent job cleaning up--you wouldn't even have known that they were here. They even came with a magnet and made sure the get all of the nails afterwards. They replaced 2 skylights as soon as they got them in. It was excellent service and they were very dependable.

He was recommended by an architect friend of mine. He is very good and reasonably priced. He didn't try to take advantage of me. I went through several roofers who had done the work, and subsequently the leaks reappeared. Michael E Brown came out once and fixed it. His is a one-man operation with a small pickup truck and a helper who works with him. I have recommended him to a neighbor.
