Description of Work: This contractor remodeled by kitchen in 2007 to include a half bath. Recently I began to notice that the basin in the half bath is separating from the wall. I also began to see a mice in my kitchen and noticed that it's coming from behind the stove that the contractor installed. I pulled the stove out and realized, that there were gaps behind it and the refrigerator. The new flooring that was installed was not flush to the wall leaving a 1/2 inch gap. I plugged the gap and nailed down the molding strip which was just laying there. The dishwasher that was installed during the remodeling is now experiencing movement. I called Daniel Melendez twice. The first time I called he answered, I explained the issues and he said he would come by the next day, but he did not. I called again, he did not return the call. I called a third time and again he did not answer or call back. several other issues have occurred: - he installed a ceiling fan, and it rarely works. - there was also a water leak from my bathroom, that he remodeled. He did come and repair it Mr. Melendez does nice work visually, but the infrastructure of his work is horrible.
