Maid Easy

They are very easy to deal with and very friendly.  It is easy to call up and switch appointments if you need last minute appointment.  I have been very satisfied.  They are very pleasant and I have used them for years.  Nothing has gone missing and I feel incredibly secured leaving them in my apartment.

I have used this company for several years and am very pleased. I had a bad experience with a different company I used for a while and did not realize how much better a service could be until hiring Maid Easy. I go through their office in Woodbridge, and they come up to DC for the cleaning. They are friendly, easy to work with and are happy to make changes in the date, or add in an additional last minute cleaning if you need it. Additionally, one time I got the days mixed up and forgot to leave out a key. I asked them to charge me for the mix-up, but they refused and just showed up two days later on the make-up day I asked for. This type of customer service, especially when the mix up was my fault is still so surprising to me. In the past with other services I'd had problems with breakage or even missing items, but never in the several years that I have used Maid Easy have I had similar issues. I have recommended them to two different friends and have them clean a rental unit for me as well.

It seems like a pretty worth while service. I think they do an okay job, but I don't feel that it is anything above and beyond the call of duty. I will say that they are very friendly, on time, and easy to schedule appointments with. Sometimes, that is enough to expect.

Two cleaning women for 50 dollars an hour.

I HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE LESS EXPENSIVE THEN MERRY MAIDS AND AVAILABLE TO CLEAN MY HOUSE WHEN I NEEDED THEM TOO. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS QUITE POOR. THE LADIES WHO CAME TO CLEAN MY HOUSE WERE NOT VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR CLEANING AND SPENT MOST OF THEIR TIME CHATTING WITH OTHER WORKERS IN MY HOUSE WHO WERE LAYING DOWN CARPET.

MAID EASY CLEANING SERVICE WAS PRICED IN THE RANGE OF OTHER COMPANIES. THEY OFTEN ARRIVED LATE OR OUTSIDE OF SCHEDULED TIME WHICH WAS PROBLEMATIC FOR MY FAMILY. CLEANING WAS FAIR, BUT KITCHEN FLOOR WAS OFTEN NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY. WE USED THEM BI-WEEKLY THROUGH 2004.
