Bought as a present for my Sister. Cleaning went off without a hitch. They do try to upsell on extra cleaning services. Since it was a gift I did not want to pay without being able to see the proposed work. Overall a good experience.

Mercy, the GM, came to look over the job and to give an estimate. I was pleased with the price she quoted me. Instead of an hourly rate she gave me a flat rate which was cheaper and I was glad she could also book us the week of Thanksgiving after our first cleaning date. She also gave us a flat quote for cleaning every 4 weeks. I found out that another neighbor on my block also uses them as well. Saundra & Norma came within the time window and went straight to work. Since this is there first time it took them almost 4 hours to finish. The last time I had someone professionally clean the house was last year so I completely understand why it took so long. Now that I am on a schedule, it should take shorter time. The girls worked feverishly and never stopped. My daughter was at home with them and she called me to tell me that the house never looked so clean. She was really impressed and so was I when I came home. Lachey called me to schedule my next appointment, the week of Thanksgiving and I requested that I get Saundra & Norma again to do the cleaning. I called today to confirm that they are still coming before Thanksgiving and Lachey assured me that the girls are on the schedule for me. I am very glad I called Maid Brigade and I can understand why my neighbors uses them.

They come out every other week. The price is good. They are punctual. Its wonderful not having to do the work that they are doing. I think the price is very good. Defiantly good. Oh yeah. they come in, they are efficient. They try not to be noisy. They know that I am working. They are nice, professional. They do a nice job. They leave, and I know that everything is clean. They are here for an hour and a half, maybe two.

Occasionally we have not had detailed cleaning in some areas and we’ve had a couple of personal items that have been damaged. Their price is pretty average. Honestly, we are actually considering stopping service with them.

The crew was a little bit late, but they communicated this to me in advance. Overall, they did a good job. The fronts and insides of the kitchen cabinets could have been cleaned better. Everything else was great.

It went well, but was very much a surface cleaning, and they were a bit late, and would have left early if we hadn't specifically asked that they use the rest of the time we prepaid for to clean the finished basement.

First of all I have a big house and it was relatively dirty when they came. I had no problem scheduling the day I wanted and they showed up on time. I instructed them on which areas I wanted cleaned and they began. 2 cleaners for 4 hours each. They did not finish everything I had wanted them to do in the four hours so they asked me if I wanted them to stay an extra hour. The price they gave me for the extra hour was completely obnoxious so I did not agree to that. They did a good job with what they did accomplish but it would have been nice to have it all done and not have to finish it after they left. Don't get me wrong, I feel like they worked hard when they were there. I would have paid for an extra hour but not at nearly 3 times what I had paid for the 'original' hours.

It should have been $95 for two people for one extra hour. That is our normal rate for a one time or initial cleaning. They don't have to do much cleaning in the lower section because it's delegated as storage for the family members. They advertised that they wouldn't be using any chemicals but I have no problem with that. I like the vacuum they use. They're very sweet and come in pairs. They are very professional. Every time they're here, they evaluation postcards. We're satisfied. They are much better than what we've had in the past 25 years. I have no major problems but I think that they are a little overpriced.

They come on Wednesdays. When I need to I pay them extra to do other cleaning. They do well. Sometimes there is a language barrier but we work through it.
