House Cleaning
Each time you use them, they send a different crew. They do not show up on time. The crew does not speak English, so they do not understand what you want them to do. They did not listen to what I wanted done and left the job unfinished. This has happened several times.

THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD! THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND ONE OF THE WORKERS SPOKE EXCELLENT ENGLISH. THEY WERE NOT PREPARED TO CLEAN IN HIGH SPOTS IN THE BATHROOM AND IN THE KITCHEN BY USING A STEP STOOL. BECAUSE THE FORMER OWNER CLEANED THE BATHROOMS VERY WELL, I ASKED THE CLEANING PEOPLE TO CLEAN THE CEILING FANS. I HAD TO ASK THEM TO CLEAN 2 OF THE CEILING FANS THEY MISSED. IT WASN'T UNTIL THEY LEFT AND OUR MOVE WAS COMPLETE THAT I REALIZED THAT THEY HAD NOT WIPED OUT THE KITCHEN CABINETS AS ORIGINALLY ASKED.
