Austin explained all of the steps he took to fix the problem. I did pay extra to receive priority service. I would recommend MBS for your Apple service needs.

I called MAC on a Wednesday and they immediately knew what needed to be done and how to do it. They also told me exactly how much it would cost. I brought in the computer on Thursday and left it. Nate immediately knew what I needed and how to do it. 
Within three hours, the work was complete. When I picked up the computer, the service technician showed me how to access either operating system and made sure I understood everything. The cost was exactly as quoted. Fast and easy!
One thing to note: The address for the store is wrong on the Angie's List listing. If you're looking for the store, the address is 9057 Gaither Road, not 9705 Gaither Road. This wasn't a big deal because the road isn't terribly long, but I hope the Angie's List folks can fix the typo.

I was apprehensive about taking my imac to anyone but Apple but considering the distance to the nearest Apple store and the mediocre service I got there the last time I was willing to try MAC Business Solutions. They were half the distance and more professional than the kids at the Apple store. The gentleman that fixed my machine was Frank. He was very courteous, knowledgable and caring. Fixed my iMAC in one day (the last time Apple fixed an iMAC it took them almost a week). Frank even called the day after I picked up the machine to check on it and my satisfaction. The few others I came in contact with were busy buy courteous.
Don't be put off by the ambience... doesn't have the flare of an Apple store but they're definitely more professional. I'm going back if there's another problem.

They were great.  They did not, however, explain to me why I have this trouble and I guess that is something I will have to figure out myself.  I highly recommend them.  They are great.  They were recommended to me by a friend.  I used them and found them to be fine.  I will use them again.  I felt their price was fair.  I did not get any other quotes to compare them.  The quality of their work was great.  I rate them high overall.

I like them because they are knowledgeable, they were available, they are skilled, and they provided valuable advice.  They solved my problem.  They are wearing another store that is even closer so I will definitely be using them.

THE REPAIR WAS VERY EASY, THEY FIXED IT IN TWO DAYS TIME, THEY ALSO LET ME KNOW THAT THE PROBLEM WAS COVERED UNDER A RECALL, WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TELL ME BUT THEY DID. THEY ARE VERY HONEST.
