I had used them in the past and they were pretty slow and expensive, but they did the job right. Today I could not even get them on the phone. After being put on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was asked if I would hold and was instantly put on hold again, and again, and again. In frustration, I called their Bethesda store, hoping to talk with someone live. Same experience. I guess they don't need repeat business so I've taken my mower elsewhere.

Because of our experience with a different dealer, we thought it would be at least 2-3 weeks, and possibly more, before it would be ready. We were quite surprised when they called three days later and said it was ready. They helped load it in the back of the van willingly. We are very impressed with the helpfulness and timeliness of the service and will definitely use them again.

Compared to my previous experiences with other mower shops in the area, this was a dream. And most importantly, I felt as though I got a good deal. I even pulled my receipts from my previous tune-ups and noticed Lawn & Power Equip charged less for the same shop supplies. I must mention that this review pertains to guys and the shop in Gaithersburg on Snouffer School Rd. I will return to this location. I will also consider these guys for any future lawn equipment purchases even if the prices are higher than the "big box" centers. Theyre very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

VERY FRIENDLY MANNER, HOWEVER OBVIOUSLY SHORT STAFFED THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AS IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THE JOB DONE. JOB SEEMED WELL DONE, AND EVERYTHING WORKING WELL ON RETURN.
