Owner appeared enthusiastic on initial visit, but took too long to find the trees in the size we wanted so it was late in the spring season for planting. Upon delivery we found the trees were smaller than what we had requested, but decided to move forward with the installation. All the trees were warranted for 1 year. This spring when we realized the largest tree (redbud) in the rear yard was under severe stress with over half the branches brittle and dead we called him immediately. Within a few weeks we noticed the same problem with the smallest pink dogwood in the front yard. He has not returned any of our phone calls (at least a dozen) over the past 3 months. We have left repeated messages on his answering machine and with his office secretary, but haven't received any response; however, his secretary has told us she has given him our mesages.
