Josh and his team arrived right on time and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was completed. He complied with my request for an up/down thermostat and patiently answered all my questions. The new unit immediately kicked in and is much quieter -- and more efficient, I was told -- than the old one, and I am very glad I made this change before an emergency forced me to make sudden decisions. Everything was cleaned up and pristine when the crew left. Excellent transaction overall!
