They were recommended to us. They did phenomenal work. I don't have anything negative. We knew there was a possibility of them finding problems with our house that was built in 1967. As we tore things apart and have gotten down, we found old termite damage, we found a problem with the subfloor, and they gave us their opinion and their recommendations without pushing us to go one way or the other. Our kitchen is a little bit unusual because it is somewhat of an L-shape because we have the main kitchen area but we also have a butler and eating area that's really part of the kitchen but kind of isn't; it is just the way the house is laid out. We did a complete tear down of the kitchen, we included the butler and the eating area, we extended the doorway and we took down some walls to open it up. Overall it's called a kitchen remodel but for our particular style of house, it was the kitchen and eating area. It was quite extensive. We ended up having to replace the subfloor. They completed the job in about 6 weeks and they were on a major time frame. We started in in October of last year and they had to finish it by Thanksgiving because we had family coming in from New Hampshire and Georgia. Pricing was competitive. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. We went and viewed previous work that they had done from 2 other customers and saw the quality of work. We were looking for not necessarily the cheapest price, we were working on a very tight budget, but we were also looking for quality and integrity, and we found all of that. We still have plans to redo our bathroom. When the funds are there that allows us to do, we will use them.

We were put in touch with Knoble through our real estate agent to do some minor roof repairs associated with sale of property. Work was done promptly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Knoble Inc was very personable while working with me, and have reasonable pricing.  They take the time to explain everything, and have done an outstanding job for me.  They are very knowledge in their field, and were able to point out things that were done wrong originally when the home was built.  They bent over backwards to make my home exactly the way they way I wanted wanted.  They took their time, and broke it up into phases so that I would feel comfortable with all the work that was done.   My house now looks amazing!  I would recommend them to anyone else looking for home remodeling, and I have already recommended them to my neighbors. 

This job went extremely well. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

My initial interaction with the owner (Doug) was great!  The pricing was reasonable and they were able to get started on the powder room job within a week.  I was told by the communicated that I wanted a new vanity and toilet installed and repainted, new toilet in the powder room.  I provided most of the major materials (new toilet, sink, faucet, light fixture, mirror, extra flooring).  Doug informed me that I could purchase the paint I wanted.  He indicated that any paint would be sufficient.  I purchased Valspar paint.  The contractor (Mike) shows up for the job as scheduled, there was one problem that I caused the faucet I purchased was too big for the sink, a new one had to be ordered, which delayed the work, especially nearing July 4th holiday.  Everything else went smoothly until he was "done" painting.  None of the ceiling or trim had been painted, when I asked him if we was going to pain the ceiling or the trim, she said that was not included in the work order.  I'm not sure how a company that has been asked to remodel and bathroom and not paint the trim and ceiling or even ask if you want that to be part of the job, strange.  None the less, he begrudgingly paints the ceiling and I was charged extra.  Mike kept telling me that it's taking him a long time to paint because I purchased cheap paint.  Had I been informed of what paint to purchase, and not told that any paint would do, I would have bought what they told me to get.
Overall I was satisfied with what they did install and the areas that they did paint.  However,  the weekend after the job was "complete" and  $1700 later, I found myself in the powder room with a can of my "cheap" white paint, painting my own trim, covering up the old peachy egg shell color that I thought I had paid Knoble Inc. to do. 
I would advise anyone who uses them, to be extremely specific and painstakingly detailed with what you want done, so you don't wind up finishing your own job. 

Knoble Home Improvements was very good; I highly recommend them. They were very professional, reliable and very reasonable. If there was anything that was outside the scope of the job it was taken care of. They didn't add any charges on; they stayed within what the estimate was. They came here, knocked out the work and the staff was very respectful to my wife. There was no yelling, cursing, or swearing, we had kids in the house, and they were there when they were supposed to be. Some days they stayed later to finish up the job on time.

It went absolutely perfect.  For both visits they arrived on time, did an outstanding job, their team was both professional and friendly and their rates were very reasonable.

The work they did was excellent quality.  They were reliable.  You couldn't ask for a better contractor.  They showed up when they said they would.
