I bought one car from them, but have both my cars serviced here. They are not cheap, but they do good work. They do try to up sell items sometimes, but they are not pushy. I have not had any major work done with them in at least 12 years though. I have been going here for over 30 years, and would recommend them to anyone for oil changes. They will sometimes mail me a thank you coupon for $50 off any service.

They always take way too long, it took all day and we had to pressure them to get the car at the end of the day and we got got an oil change and putting a rubber strip on the top that I could have done myself., they're not fast at all.

That part probably did not need replacing. I think the plugs have been replaced within the past two years. I have not looked it up yet. I will look it up and maybe go back for a refund. That was for a hundred dollars. I have been using them for a long time. The car runs better than it has in the past five years. They did a good thing. They found a problem that really needed addressing. It was more than what I needed.

I have had to go back a few times to have work re-done in the past. They have been pretty quick to respond to everything. The feedback that I would give them is to get the diagnosis right the first time to prevent follow up visits. I would tell a friend to be cautious in making sure the first diagnosis is complete. I do plan to use them again as they are located to me.

The service was fine.  I have been using them for four years and I will continue to do so.

The customer service there is excellent and they always do a great job.

They want you to call ahead and make an appointment, which I did. I told them I needed brakes, and they looked it up on their computer, and they saw what I needed because of what they had told me before. They knew I was coming, because I had made an appointment 3 days in advance, so that they could have the car done that day. The service manager did not order the part, so they weren't there on the day that I brought the car in. They weren't able to do the car on the day that I wanted, they weren't able to give me a price on what was done, and when they finally did finish the car, they left the car for me in their parking lot, but forgot to leave the keys, so I had no way to get back home. It was a disaster from beginning to end. They are pretty expensive.

My car runs great since KING BUICK GMC gave me a tune-up and fixed did some other work. I can tell a big difference when I'm driving. It sounds better and it runs better. They're expensive. This isn't a cheap place to go and get your car done, but I feel very confident in them. They don't rip you off and they do what they say they're going to do. The work gets done and it's done right. You know you're getting an expert and you're getting what you pay for. They're pretty responsive and always call back. I've been going there for at least 10 years and I'll definitely be using them in the future. I don't know much about cars and I have to be able to trust any mechanic I bring my car to. I trust them to not tell me something's wrong when there isn't something wrong. I trust them that they're actually doing the work they tell me they're doing. I trust them to be the experts. I've had other places take a look at my car and then tell me they can't fix it, that I'd have to take a dealer, and also charge me for that diagnosis. But this place never does this. You take your car in, they figure out what's wrong and then, they can fix it.

My experience has gone well. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is fair. I would recommend this company to others.

They were very efficient and they let me know in advance, what the price was. They got the job done in the space of time that they said they would.

It was an older model so they went to a junkyard and found the parts needed. The car looked as good as it ever did. Since the parts weren't regularly available, had they not went to the junkyard to find the parts we would have had to spend more money buying a newer car. They definitely went out of their way to find a solution.

They are a very curtious dealership. They are very cooperative.
