Wonderful job!. Crew arrived on time, and performed expertly and professionally. Very polite and nice to deal with. Our windows are so clean, its as if I got new eyes. We have a 2 story home. We had 25 windows, a huge palladium window, two french doors, and a complicated chandelier cleaned. we have tiding on the second story, three sides of the house and siding on all sides of a standalone garage cleaned. Project took about 4.5 hours.

I think they are a little bit expensive. I think the are very professional. The quality of the work was good. I think they were a little bit rushed. I think they need to take their time a little bit more. I would give them a "B" for quality because I had to wipe stuff down behind them.

We were very pleased with Kevco's responsiveness, service quality, professionalism, and outcome. The siding cleaning was a last minute request, with company visiting, and Kevco moved things around and made it happen that same weekend. It was also very nice that while I had forgotten their previous quote, the quote was in their system and they honored it. I will always remember their responsiveness and they will always be our first call in the future. It's been a year or two since the cleaning and we're planning on calling them again this year.

I have a very large hole mostly glass, walls inside and outside are all glass, lots of mirrors in interior. They do a fantastic job, clean. neat and polite. Best I have had and I have tried a lot of window cleaners as you may imagine.

On the phone they quoted me a price for the gutters and a price range for the deck. When they arrived, the crew chief said he could give me a good discount on the deck and quoted me a price slightly higher than the high end I was given over the phone. It was only $25 dollars higher, so I did not argue (first mistake). I did not want to get off to a bad start.
The day they came it was pouring down rain. I asked if it would be better to reschedule since the composite deck requires chemicals for cleaning (not high pressure washing) and I thought the rain would hurt the effectiveness of the chemicals. The chief told me he had been doing this for 17 years. I trusted him (2nd mistake). Two crew members went on the roof to clean the gutters and gutter guards while the chief started pressure washing the deck. I told him that in the Trex manual it clearly states DO NOT PRESSURE WASH. He told me he had been doing this for 17 years. I trusted him (3rd mistake). Both crews finished in a timely manner. The deck looked very clean and it looked good while wet and in the pouring rain. Since it was pouring rain, I did not inspect the gutters. The next morning I went to inspect the gutters and one entire side had not been cleaned. There were actually leaves and sticks protruding from the gutter guards. Then I inspected the deck, which was now dry. The pressure washing completely removed the TREX outer coating and there were deep gouges in many places. THEY RUINED MY $25,000 DECK! I called and they came the next business day to inspect. I could not be home that day, so my wife stayed home. The crew chief was extremely rude to my wife and said the gutters had been cleaned and there was nothing wrong with the deck. The 2 crew members spent 20 minutes cleaning the "already cleaned" gutters and left. The gutters were cleaned when I got home. I called to complain about the rude crew chief and the destroyed deck. So, they sent out another person. He said all he had to do was clean the deck again. I asked him how that would put the coating back on and repair the gouges. He could not answer. Then they sent out the owner. He came out and saw the damage. He left and said he would get back to me. I never heard from them again. I called a few more times and then gave up.
I don't like writing bad reviews since it is a person's livelihood. But when the snow melted and I saw my ugly deck in the bright sunshine, my anger came raging back. The only way to repair the damage is to replace the decking ($5,000 - $8,000). DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
