You take your sewing machine to them and they have a guy pick it up. It will cost a minimum of at least $100. We use them because we don't have any other option in our area.

The quality of their fabric and their service are probably average. Their prices are good. I have been going there for about 20 years. They have a better selection of tools. They also sell sewing machines, but I probably would not buy one from them.
