He has excellent control and oversight of his crew. They were like machines and artists combined. They did the work (large house) in about 3 or 4 days. They cleaned up every scrap, all excess nails with a metal detector. In 2 places the cedar shakes loosened more than a year later. They came back within one day to nail them down, gave me a small bag of the type of nails that they use and some extra cedar shakes for emergency. I am very pleased with them.
