We had a very pleasant experience with Innovative Construction when we remodeled my master bathroom. They used good quality materials and made sure that we are satisfied with all work done.

Great job completed by Innovative Construction located in Gaithersburg. The crew was phenomenal and did a great job with remodeling my bathroom, kitchen and finishing my basement. The basement is now a great addition to the home and perfect for friends and family gatherings all year round. The finishing work and attention to detail were excellent. The whole crew, led by foreman, Luis and the project manager, Eric all did a great job. I highly recommend Innovation Construction.

My wife was very delighted with the work. The floors we installed very neatly and even the less visible areas like the closet floors were done with care. The kitchen floor aligns seamlessly with the living room and dining room. Workers were very honest, courteous, timely, neat and careful not to disturb neighbors. Extremely reliable and very fair in pricing. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Eric was very helpful and kind. He worked in a very professional manner. He even went above and beyond to touch up the trim around the room that was not included in the job. He is definitely our new go to man for any household jobs needed.
