Two representatives showed up on time. They put on respirators to check my attic for evidence of raccoons. They searched everywhere. Nothing was evident there. They then went on my roof and spent another 30 minutes checking for entry points. Nothing up there either. Then they found paw prints on my downspout, things that just looked like mud smears to me. They really know what they are doing! It turns out that the horrible noise I heard in the middle of the night was a raccoon crawling up my downspout. The were honest, telling me that I did not have raccoons. The outside of my house it simply transit.
