Ron came out and inspected. He removed shingles and found what he thought was the source of leak. He also re-directed water flow from a gutter. Told us to leave open so we could see what happened next rain. Still a leak, which we traced and he came back out. Replaced some boards that gutter was attached to, replaced flashing and shingles, another re-direct of water. We've made it through 2 intense storms so we think this is now fixed. Also want to note how responsive he is. He returns calls at all hours, and comes when he says he will (7am twice on the dot!). He spent time with us going over what the problem was and explaining what he recommended to fix it. He cleans up after himself and really seems to care about the quality of his work.
