I had a great experience with Brian at gutter glove. When I didn't receive all my product initially, he worked with me very quickly to get the issue resolved.

The job was started on time and the work was outstanding over the two hour period it took to not only instal the new GutterGloves but to also inspect the earlier GutterGlove products that have been working well.

It was fine. I only wanted to a minimum footage but the fine print the footage was more than what I needed. I got the deal refunded.

I did not qualify for this Big Deal offer.

Contractor arrived as scheduled and did a good job installing gutter guards.

They showed up on time and let me know they were there. They then installed the gutter covers. After they finished, they let me know and also apprised me of the condition of my gutters. About 8 months later, I found that they had not installed the covers quite right on one side of the house and it resulted in a leak between the gutter and the house.

Purchased the deal thinking that I could install "Gutterglove" for a section of my roof. The deal was to install upto 20ft of Gutterglove for $49. The fine print said that any feet over 20 will cost $20/feet. What the Ad did not convey is that if you purchase the deal you have to the WHOLE HOME install!!! The vendor emailed me back saying that he cannot honor the deal because I did not want to do a whole house install.

It turned out just fine. There were no problems. They came and did the measurement and then they came back and installed without any much efforts or much involvement from us. They worked outside and they didn't really bother anybody. They came and installed everything without any difficulty. So there was really no impact on any of us. The experience was positive. They were able to do it without any impact on us and did a very professional job. From what I've seen both from ground level and then actually being up on the house looking down, they did a very good job. The final cost of the service was $2049.

I appreciate the Angie's List deals however, when I spoke with the service provider and he said that he could not do the job, because it did not include the whole house (I have Gutterglove on most of the house already). The service provider was polite and courteous on the phone however,there needs to be a huge caveat on the big deal page that says "This big deal only applies to whole house jobs" or whatever the minimum footage is to make it worthwhile for the service provider.

That was okay. They did a very good job apart from one piece. They plan to come and take it out as it is leaking. It could be a design flaw from the company as one piece did not stick. It is only a little piece. They are supposed to come and take it out again. Other than that, they are very good. They are okay. They are not outstanding.

We great... on time, high quality (I waited months to write the review so I could try and look at the performance). So far... no issues at all. I had a new roof installed just prior and I did have some build-up of the roof material on the gutter cover. There is no way any product could prevent that. Looking forward not to have to clean the gutters after the fall!

We purchased the Big Deal for Gutterglove of Potomac, but were unable to use it because we needed Gutterglove Pro and the Icebreaker on our gutters. Gutterglove of Potomac doesn't install Icebreaker. The owner was very prompt in getting back to us, and was very courteous.

Did not take advantage of their services. I thought it was for gutter replacements but it was for the materials over the top of a gutter. They called me and were very courteous and understanding.

They contacted me promptly, they were very polite and professional. I did not end up using this deal because it was only partial and I needed my whole home done.

Generally a good job. They were uncertain on how to best install them on inside corners. They do not install the gutters themselves, which complicates the work for the consumer and opens the door to disputes between the two contractors.

Had bought a special on angies list and company installed Gutterglove. They showed up on time and did the work.

After purchasing the product I spoke with Gutterglove's representative Mr. B. Seligman. He explained the total pricing structure, and asked me to furnish an approximation of the Home's outside measurements. I provide the measurements and May 17 installation date was set. The installation took approximately 2 1/2 hours and went very smoothly. I love the gutterglove product and would recommend it and Gutterglove to anyone considering the need for gutter guards.

The work was completed quickly and professionally. They were very responsive after my initial purchase of the Angie's List special, and they were true to the original estimate. I would use this service again.

I knew that the cost would be more than the initial $75 special deal. Company contacted me shortly after I purchased the deal. After inspection, the cost estimate was an additional $1332 - which was in line with what I had discovered through my research on gutter guards. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and seems to be holding up well.

The guys who came out to do the estimate and then do the work were courteous and explained everything they would do. Once they started working they were done quickly and left nothing behind. Nearly six months later, the gutters on my house look great and work much better than prior to the installation. Water used to run over the tops of the gutters and drip/pour over the edges, but no longer.

On 05/07/2012, I purchased an Angies List "Big Deal" through Gutterglove for "$75 for 20 Ft. of Gutterglove Pro Gutter Guards Installed!" I needed gutter guards installed for a portion of my single family home, close to 30 feet. I then contacted the company to set up an appointment for installation. The representative indicated the "offer" was for the entire home and not a portion of the home. I then contacted an Angies List rep to explain the situation that Gutterglove needed the gutter guards installed on the entire house, nothing less. The Angies List rep was very helpful and informed me Gutterglove would not honor the offer, even though the Angies List rep agreed the "Big Deal" offer did not indicate the installation must be for the entire house. In my opinion, Gutterglove made false advertisement using the "Big Deal" as a bait in order to attract potential customers. The bottom line: Gutterglove did not honor their "Big Deal" agreement. Recommend potential customers have EVERYTHING in writing and contact Angies List if you have any problems with Gutterglove.

They arrived on time and performed the installation as specified. There was a very minor disagreement as to the amount that I owed based on the estimate that they had provided. However, the disagreement was quickly settled to my satisfaction and I would use their services again.

The origianl installation date was approximately 5/31/2012. The company did not call saying that they could not come. We waited 2 hours beyond the time window before we called to see where they were. They had toe reschedule took $50 off price for the inconvenience.
