Germantown Moving and Storage did a fantastic job on our move. Moving can be a very stressful activity, but the staff at Germantown Moving and Storage made the move stress free. They were super accommodating, professional and friendly. They showed up on time and their quality of work in my opinion was top notch. There were no surprises or hiccups. I've moved before and my other moves weren't even close to how well this one went. We were super pleased and would with out a doubt hire them again. If you are looking for reliable, reasonable moving company, Germantown Moving and Storage is the one! They rocked!

The guys were great, punctual and everything was unloaded carefully and in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend using them. We chose Germantown Moving Co. due to my neighbors great recommendation. They were very competitive price wise, coming in several hours lower than the bid from a competitor.

The movers showed up on time and on the agreed upon date, which was great. They were prepared with all the materials as requested. They did a great job of preparing my large furniture items for moving, loading the truck, and delivering my furniture. They guys were really friendly and professional. The price was relatively fair for the work performed, but since none of my furniture was broken or damaged or scratched, I'd say overall that it was really worth it. The only issue I had is the movers were supposed to put protectors between some items that were moved but they didn't do so; I think it was accidental because it was in the description of the work. They weren't damaged so I guess it didn't matter at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

The movers were great. They arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. They packed, moved and re-assembled everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.

Very happy with our move.  The crew remained upbeat and worked efficiently the whole time despite it being a bitterly cold day.  Punctual, professional, and nothing was broken or damaged during our move.  Great price/quality.  Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

They were terrific.  They moved large items to the 3rd floor and they had no problems with this.  Communication with them was very good.  Nothing was broken and the price of their service was excellent.

everything we exceptional well.  From understanding what needed to move to what needs to be done after they off load the furniture.  EVERYTHING is professionally handled.

We contacted the company through Angies List for an estimate.  The estimator, George Kaloupis,  was very professional and explained what the company would do.  I was very impressed.  We were very satisfied with the estimate and accepted the bid without getting further estimates.  The company had two trucks and a crew of five on the day of the move.  They arrived on time and did a wonderful job.  They were very careful with the furniture especially the pictures and other fragile items.  Except for a cracked glass picture frame there was no damage whatsoever.  They started at 8.30am and completed the job by 4.30pm.  We could not have been happier.    Definitely recommend them highly.  As an added bonus George delivered an excellent can of Greek olive oil (insisting that Greek olive oil was far superior than any other) and fresh farm eggs from his own chickens on the following day. Can't have better service than this.

Their service was very good! They were punctual and did all the things that we wanted them to do. We were happy with what they did and their price also.

OVerall, went well.  Very flexible and understanding reagrding schedulin g and the move itself.  Arrived right on time. The number of hours necessary were exceeded due to the large number of items that had not been sorted and the lack of our planning and preparation.  The movers stuck with it and completed the move despite the fact that it went into the evening.  They really met and surpassed a very challenging move.  There was only very minor problems.

Very well. The owners are extremely responsive and the movers were great and did a nice job packing. It was a one day pack and one day move. We did a flat rate on the move and the company was competitive on price. Would definitely use them again.

Germantown Moving & Storage is by far the best moving company I have ever used!  They were on time, professional, incredibly helpful and made our move go as smooth as it could have gone.We worked with Beverly and Tina as the office contacts to help us figure out the logistics of getting furniture in three different locations into our new house.  They were incredibly helpful and accommodating with our time frame and double checked to make sure everything would work out before the move.
We had three movers (the same people) for the two days and they were incredible!  They showed up right on time both days prepared and ready to go.  They moved so quick and efficient I could not believe how fast all the items were packed and delivered. Not one item was broken, damaged, etc., and they were incredibly careful with making sure everything was loaded properly onto the truck and coming off. 
The movers were also the nicest individuals I have worked with for any move.  They made sure that everything unloaded was put in the proper place in the house, and if we asked to have something moved after changing our minds, they did so with a smile. 
The customer service we experienced was above and beyond and we will definitely be using Germantown Moving & Storage for any future moves!
