+ -1 moreGerry is extremely professional and knowledgeable about renovation. He worked with us easily through all of the details of a major kitchen/dining room renovation. He stuck to his bid and did not increase costs even though some details of the job changed as it progressed. Two years later, we still love our new kitchen, dining room and open concept. We are a very happy family!
Description of Work: We were interested in some major interior remodeling including removal of two walls and totally relocating our kitchen to a more open concept. We also turned a former living room area into a dining room.

+ 0 moreThe price was considerably less than the second estimate we received. The job was completed within the time-frame we were presented with. The craftmanship was excellent. The workmen were extremely polite and did an excellent job of clean-up when the job was completed.
Description of Work: Removed insect infested double beam by front entrance door and rebuilt beam and replaced with new material -- pressure treated lumber. Repainted new wood on the double beam. Replaced five rotted siding panels on house. Painted the five panels and the remaining panels on the side of the house.
