They are very good obviously I have with them for 25 years now. I am very happy with them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Everything went well until the morning after the install when I discovered that the basement floor around the HVAC system was covered in water. We called the company to report the issue, they told us to turn it off and that they'd send someone out to inspect it, which they did two days later. Turns out the condensation pan had a large crack in it and needed to be replaced. Parts would need to be ordered. No time estimate was provided. Over the next week, we heard nothing and our calls were not being returned. Here we are eleven days later, and still have no idea when the issue will be resolved. I'm starting to wonder whether we have been scammed and I intend to file a claim with the Home Improvement Commission today. We paid this company $25,000 for a dual zone HVAC system and they gave us a lemon product that we can't even use, and then don't have the decency to address the issue. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company.
