Fresh Start Cleaning Services

I think that the level of clean was acceptable. I really like the cleaning solutions they use. Here's what was unacceptable to me: 1) 3 out of 3 visits, they were late, 15-30 minutes each time. 2) They charge by the hour HOWEVER, after your first cleaning, they assign a time frame to your house and then charge you for that amount of time every time - even if the crew was not there that long. 3) I had to ask multiple people, multiple times to get each area of the bathroom cleaned; areas that should be part of the basic clean each visit, such as the shower heads. Ultimately I discontinued use of this service because I felt that their expectation was for me to meet their needs rather that them being willing to meet my needs.

This is a father/daughter operation and they did a great job. Destinee came by soon after my inquiry for an estimate. She reviewed all of the space and took notes on areas needing special attention. It took approximately 4 1/2 hours and everything was done as I requested. They use green products and the townhouse smelled fresh and visibly clean when they finished

I bought a Groupon deal just to test them out and I was really blown away by their professionalism. Destiny, the owner of the business called me beforehand to talk about what I wanted done to the house and expectations of what was "deep cleaning" and "general cleaning" so that there would be no misunderstandings.
Just a day before the cleaning, she sent out an email reminder about our appointment and what I needed to do to prepare for the cleaning. True they were common sense things like, pick up your clutter, etc. and the day of the appointment, Destiny followed up with a call to say that her team would be 15 mins away. We were scheduled for 9 am but they showed up half and hour behind - my place isn't the easiest to find as it is unmarked and they were lost. I did not mind because she called to say she was coming, which is more than what other companies I have used in the past would do, leaving me to wonder where they were. I was very struck by her professionalism.
While the two crew member cleaning team was here, she showed up to check through the work, as it was my first time using them, she wanted to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I was also impressed by that. Which owner takes the time to come out to check their crew's work?
I had a contract with her for two hours but they stayed a little longer, until everything was cleaned. They even cleaned dirty fingerprints off all the walls, cabinets and doors that my children had made! The gentleman that was there made an effort to clean and wipe all my baseboards as well, which I really liked (he said that was an extra service, but he did it for me at no added charge since I requested it - very kind of them!) They used green products which is important to me as I have a septic tank.
I tried them out but I am so impressed and happy that I am planning to sign on with them since I have been trying out different cleaning services.
I highly recommend them to everyone!

Services performed as promised. They are flexible in how many times we want them to come and can change if we need to.

Initially, it was hard to find a time that worked for the cleaning service and for me.  The scheduler was very accommodating and called when they had a cancellation to see if it would work for me.  Originally I was looking for a time in May, but that didn't work out; so I scheduled a time in July.  There was a two person cleaning crew.  They arrived when scheduled andwere very professional. I would use them again.

I paid for a three hour cleaning session, and they stayed for four hours in order to complete what they felt they had to do.  I thought they did a great job and went above and beyond.

I got their name off a Groupon and when they got here they told me they were on Angie's List. They were pretty good but I thought they could be a little bit better. However, for the most part they were pretty good. They were quick and on time.  

The cleaning crew was ontime and rang the doorbell for entrance. I, as usual, asked for some ID and was provided with a drivers license.
The two ladies brought their cleaning equipment into the house all at once and asked me what I needed them to focus on today. I took them upstairs to show them the two bathrooms and explained that I had some contractors put down new tile this week and there was lots of dust and debri. I cleaned up most of it last evening but it still need more cleaning. I said I did not need the other two rooms cleaned (my office and my dressing room). Then I took them downstairs to show the 1/2 bathroom and kitchen.

They got to work right away to get as much done within the one hour event. When they finished, they asked me to tour and review their work. As I reviewed each room, I was very pleased to see they had done a great job! The house smelled clean too!!

My overall rating is Excellent! The crew was professional, hardworking, diligent, and charming/friendly/

The Fresh Start Team did a fantastic job. They were professional, hard-working and extremely nice to deal with.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.  I called a couple of weeks in advance of my desired cleaning date and had no problems making an appointment.  I received a confirmation call the evening before my appointment and the cleaners arrived on time.  They did a great job - they were able to get dirt off floors and countertops that I had given up on.  They were dedicated to the task at hand and completed everything that I requested.  I ended up asking them to work for an additional hour (at my expense) since there were some areas that couldn't be covered in the scheduled 2 hours.
I highly recommend this provider.
