There were some bumps along the way. I am very detail oriented and notice everything that isn't perfect. Our first choice didn't work out, and Ray said he would make it right. He did, and even went out of his way to finish on a tight deadline when we had a family crisis. His recommendations were good, the people who did the work were friendly and worked hard.

It all started out well. Arrived on time to measure and give estimate. But the carpet was a special order and we were promised delivery by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went. Christmas came and went. Still no carpet. I know special orders can be tricky and delays may not be the fault of the store. But I feel that this store did not always respond to my calls in a timely manner. I had to call them numerous times when they were supposed to call me. They were always nice, I just don't feel that they did all they could to make this a more positive experience. The installation was excellent. No complaints at all there. And the carpet quality is excellent as well. But for the money Ispent, I just thought they could have done a little better.

There were a few minor glitches in the scheduling of the work but I am not going to dwell on those because in the end Ray at Floor Rio Abbey Carpets made it all right. Benito, the installer, arrived promptly at 9:30 on a Saturday and he immediately put down drop cloths in the work area. I was impressed by how meticulous Benito was in the laying of the floor. It was obvious he took pride in his work and I thought that he was putting the same care in the laying of my tile as if he were putting down a new floor in the foyer of his home. Benito cleaned up the work area well and I am very happy with the end product.
I should note that the Big Deal special included installation only. With Ray's assistance I had picked out porcelain tile at Floor Rio Abbey Carpets but I was able to find it somewhat cheaper at a vendor I had previously done business with. The tile coordinates well with my existing wall colors and woodwork.

Overall, we are pleased, the flooring looks better than we expected. The only negative was that they were a no-show for the initial appointment.

I have used their service in the past. They are punctual. They give good service and I never had any problems with them. The quality of the work is good. They have done hardwood refinishing and tiling for me in the past. They are reliable and the price is competitive. I would use their service in the future too.

In store experience and pricing was great! I had a little bit of trouble with the installation. I ended up taking runners they had bound to be re-bound.

There were several installation errors that had to be corrected which was inconvenient.

Everything went fine with them, the price was just a bit high. I decided to do some other caulking work to possibly avoid doing the tile work before I signed on with them. If I do still have a need for the tile, I will probably use them.

Their price was a little more expensive than we would have liked.

They were very good. They were very good about doing high quality work. They finished all of the work on time. They came in exactly on the estimate. There was an issue with the removing refrigerator, however they came right back out and repaired the problems in a timely manner. I have been very pleased with their service.

Job was finished in one day by an single employee. He was prompt, did good work, and cleaned up afterward. We are satisfied with the work.

You should definitely consider this company as one of your bidders for the work. Good prices, excellent service.

This company does good work. The sales person was professional, did a good quote on materials and time, and followed up with us. The install had to be rescheduled several times due to other workmen not finished. Installation was excellent. The lead person was friendly, efficient, and professional. The other two individuals were also excellent. They did a very good job.

The sales person was excellent. He came to the house to take measurements, we established an install date, and the installers were on time and did an excellent job. The factory apparently shorted the order, but Floor Rio got on the phone and ordered an additional carpet on an expedited basis and returned when it arrived to install it.

OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME FOR THE MEASURING, AND INSTALLATION. THEY MAINTAINED CONTACT WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. THEIR INSTALLERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WORKED HARD, AND MADE SURE TO KEEP NOT ONLY THE AREA THEY WERE WORKING IN, BUT ALL AREAS THEY HAD TO BE IN, CLEAN AND NEAT.
