Sep 2007
They have poor quality and workmanship. The first step from the main level was an inch and three quarters shorter than the rest. Three steps on the top were not leveled correctly and the wood had dark spots on it. After I complained they told me that the stairs ended up looking like that because of how the house was built and that it was not their fault. The contract was not very explicit and they forgot to put in the taxes for the quote they gave me which made the price a lot higher. They also charged taxes for the labor and assured me it was going to be a very good job. I was in constant battle with them and they were consistently late. It was very hard to communicate because the crew did not know English and at the end I ended buying a new step to get them leveled.
