I would say find another service center. This service center does not follow through on their commitments and fails to communicate the key details of vehicle service in my experience. The last time I brought my car in it was sent to another shop for work. To make matters worse my car was left at that shop. I raised the issue to the dealership but they have failed to follow up with me with an understanding of what went wrong.

I was pleasantly surprised with fitz autobody services. I was reluctant to take the vehicle in because I was convinced they would be more expensive than anyone else, but after some confusion with another shop; the wife and I decided to try them and they turned out to be one of the least expensive.
The staff there is great; everyone was so nice, polite, courteous, and professional. The estimate was exactly what they said it would be. The car looks great, can't even tell there was anything amiss to begin with. I am completely happy with our experience with them.
The only minor complaints I have were on the day we were to pick the car up it did take several phone calls to get confirmation that the car was ready for pickup (thus the B for punctuality) and when getting the car home and opening the trunk we found the old fender liner in it. I just thought that was really odd, but not a big deal.

They just want too much money. They come out and say that you need this or that. I have a 2012 Prius. Everybody wants a lot of money. They were very slow, I had to stand in line up to 45 minutes. The service was just not a good experience. I don't have a problem with their honesty, I have a problem with their efficiency. They think they have a lot of people on the counter but they all have their heads buried in the computers and they can't see that they have a whole line of customers.

Estimate process was quick and professional. Estimate was for a three-day repair. Car was brought to Fitzgerald on a date of their choosing (early Monday morning, January 7). I was told I would receive a call on Tuesday with a status report. No call was received. I called on Wednesday morning and was told the Assistant Body Shop Manager would go to the shop and check on the status. Upon his return, the person on the phone told me that they would have some idea of schedule after the Production Meeting that morning at 11am and that I should call after that time. We called early Wednesday afternoon and were told no information was available. My wife received a call later Wednesday afternoon, saying that we would be called with status on Thursday morning. We did not receive a call on Thursday morning. We called mid-afternoon Thursday and were told the car would be ready at 6pm. We arrived at 6:15pm and the car was still being and quot;preparedand quot; for delivery. It was finally ready at 6:30pm on Thursday.
The charge was $200 over estimate, with no prior notice. The repair took four full business days rather than the three we were advised. No useful information was given to us until the fourth day in spite of our numerous phone calls..

You drive in and you get get an oil change without an appointment, which to me is a great service. When I bought my Chrysler there I bought it with lifetime oil changes. When I take my car in they seem reasonable.
